Roommate wanted to share 2 BR 2 BA Apartment in Chino Hills, CA

I'm looking for a roommate to take over current lease at Missions Apartments in Chino Hills. Located on 2nd level of the building (3 levels total).It is a very nice place to live, and this unit is in best section of the apartment complex (very quiet with the most available parking). The apartment is available at your earliest convenience. I will gladly send pictures upon request. Roommate also has 2 cats. Both are very friendly. Amenities: Ceiling fans in each room, private bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, walk in closets, and furnished (only bedroom furniture needed).
